RADAR is a place that doesn't focus on a certain cuisine. we cook and pour you everything that enters our radar and we think is delicious and worthy of serving. all combinations are possible if they make sense, but we love simplicity too. our live-fire open kitchen takes centre stage.
all our carefully curated wines are natural/biodynamic and everything that we can make in-house is made in-house, including the cocktails and soda's.
our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and other allergens —
cross-contamination is always a possibility.
we run a small, focused kitchen and are unable to accommodate
vegan, lactose-free, sugar-free, or onion- and garlic-free
adaptations, or dishes outside our current menu.
